Oh look! It is another ICO project but this time it won't be based on speculation but instead when you own a token it will be a piece of a hard asset.
I like the premise of Shrem's plan but until I see working idea in action I would hold my vote and certainly won't invest in it.

If it's legit, it seems to be more reliable than most of the previous and current ICO's based on some other form of digital currency.
I quite like this project and hope it will be more stable than some of the previous IPO's I've seen.

We're releasing our ITOM (Initial Token Offering Memorandum) early next week. We agree, it's much too early to decide to participate or not. The memorandum will answer many of the questions this community has and will hopefully start a productive dialogue for the project going forward.

Thats the plan here.

During the next few weeks leading up to the ITO a few things are going to happen.

- We will release the iTOM = Initial Token Offering Memo.
- We are in the final stages of purchasing the first 2 companies. We plan on releasing the prospectus of each company with financials, assets, ect here and on our slack. During the first week or ITO when we have the funds we will start purchasing and closing the deals.
- By the time the ITO ends, the token will be backed by hard assets.
