If you don't have a real reason to be using the US pool, please switch to the Europe pool. This can be done by using the mining.eligius.st hostname.

If you have a reason to stick to the USA pool, you will need to make sure you are using us.mining.eligius.st explicitly.

Edit: Nevermind this post...

Is that to keep the disk from running full too soon? What's all that data stored there anyway? Do you keep all proofs-of-work for the possibility of a later audit?
Can't you somehow put old data somewhere else and free up space?

I'm on the EU pool anyway (just switched briefly to US to check it out), but it's only a matter of time until the EU disk will run full with everbody switching.

Otherwise, great pool! Thanks a lot for your efforts! I will tip you on my next payday.

You may scare a lot of the little guys away who have been mining for a while just to get 1 BTC, and are now having to switch to a whole new pool and start at 0. I probably would have switched to another pool except for the fact that I am finally upgrading my 8800gt to a 5870. Otherwise, great job and I will hopefully start donating once I am up and running.

Yeah I am leaving this pool because it's too unstable. I don't like logging in and every few hours the stats say my hashrate is zero or some other weird stuff is going on with the stats. It doesn't instill confidence that you are somehow still counting my contributions and just now reporting on it properly.

Yeah, you're right. Leave the pool because the stats are jerky sometimes. Never mind that other pools' stats don't even come close to Eligius' ones.

Not only is it jerky but it's making me less money than other pools for the same hashing power.
