I wouldn't call your slots game fair. The outcome is generated by you, and you only, allowing the site to generate more losing hashes than winning ones. Same could be done with coin flip (btw, 198% is not double your money) if you see someone consistently betting on tails. Your lottery might be bugged as the list shows that all 5 players in the last 10+ draws won, which seems unlikely.

Firstly,we don't have to cheat on you during non-zero house edge games,we can profit in long time.And it's a hard work to generate two opposite result hashes which look the same but you bet only 1~10 dollar(It's not cheat,isn't it? ) and slots and lottery have multiple possible results.We can,but it's not economic and harmful to our credit.We will consider add client side seed in future,But you can always doubt.


Secondly,the five players win in the last lottery draws picked all the 27 numbers covered all results should be.they picked all,so they win every time.If no them,there will not be  initial jackpot to attract people to participate.Because the jackpot comes from all players bets.
