That is what faucet owners can offer now... I don't think the reward is very bad. Some faucets offer 60 satoshis hourly. At least he offers 100 satoshis on a easy to claim faucet.

If we had more faucets like that, we could make a nice profit every hour claiming many easy 100 satoshis. Surely the reward could be higher, but I understand the difficult of faucet owners at this moment.

Its common reward on faucets. I can only say simple faucets don't last long these days. They need something big inside to attract users, like raffle, lottery, games, small chance for big reward etc.
