Ripple now asking for minimum 350 XRP to add a trust line

It seems that the minimum 300 XRP is just to get started, and you need additional XRP to create additional Trust lines??

Ripple forum is down - anyone got any hints on how to get more ripples in there - trying to do ss from Weexchange / bitstamp but am unable to create an additional trust line with only 321 XRP!!!

for any other noobs out there - if you have a trade pending Ripple locks up 50 XRP - cancel the trade and you're back in the game!

The whole idea that you need at least 300 XRP to get started seems bizarre.
