Hello,

So the started charging 20% above preev market rate over here.

So I cannot buy via lbc or any local exchange these guys are crazy.

Now I think cc/debit is my only option thinking paypal payza or netteller something like that .

Can anyone suggest me the best way to buy btc with these options for cheap ?

I would rather not pay above 10% max but 5% sounds good.
The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

If you don't want to trade with individuals then using a service is a must. It's possible to use Bitcoin.com (where Bitcoin.com takes 2.5% and Credit card processing by Simplex 5% ) or there is Virwox where the fees are 0.49 USD + 3.5% for credit cards and almost same thing for PayPal. As for Neteller the only method I know is Bitpanda but they are not available worldwide but works only for European countries.

Where are you from, if you are from U.S then I would recommend to try Circle and seems that there are 0% fee on buying bitcoins.

But if you are buying from outside U.S there are some fee, I'm referring to this article: https://support.circle.com/hc/en-us/articles/213560443--Warning-on-credit-card-fees-

Well the main thing to know is where you are from because each service is region dependant. Like BitPanda for Europe. Circle for United States. You get the picture with these examples.

You could try Coinbase but they do come with high fees as well that is with all exchanges because they do have to charge for the service that they provide their customers.

Op, it is hard to suggest anything when you wan't to keep your whereabouts a secret. For example in Europe there are many local exchanges offering pretty much the best deal when you want to buy BTC.
But they are usually country restricted. If you want to use big international exchanges then go for the most reputable ones: Kraken, BitStamp, OkCoin.

Nice compiled list of exchanges with ratings. That simplifies which one to choose from where you are located.

there is always some kind of fee that you have to pay and sometimes it is their trade fee sometimes it is deposit and sometimes it is their high prices.

you have to always check them individually to see which one offers the best.

for credit card i have seen people liking Cex.IO although i have not used it myself.

Buying the dip...

I would personally suggest you to buy bitcoins from a local user, see I am not sure why you are avoiding localbitcoins but its quite easy to use, very secure for anyone using it and well trusted to hold some coins there.
Maybe you can find a listing there contact him using his mobile number locally and ask him to meet on some specified location, this is what I do when I need bitcoins quickly.

I suggest you to use local coin wallet that provides btc.

Like my wallet, I cash in a money in my wallet through depositing it in convinent store like 7-eleven.

It is so instant to buy btc on that way yet low fee.

Once you place your order through that wallet, you can present it in cashier then they would transfer the amount you order you bought in your wallet through btc mode of payment.

I used them long time ago and I can't remember right but unless they have some hidden fees while depositing PayPal or withdrawing the BTC , the fees should be the same as the one I told you because I checked from their website .
