nope its good stuff. i guess my wording could be better. when we send are next cow to the butcher we need all 3 freezers, and right now. we have 2 left.
$5 a pound is normal for the lean beef in this area that has been grass. The beef is Piedmontese beef that has been aged and is healthier for you then other meat from your local store. This low fat beef is also lower in calories, higher in protein and contains a higher percentage of Omega-3 fatty acids. The fullblood population is considered homozygous for this in-active myostatin gene. The beef from Piedmontese and Piedmontese-cross cattle is consistent for these qualities of leanness and tenderness because it is a genetic influence rather than an environmental effect.

and yes i have more liver then left then i do sirloin but each cut is still worth what i am asking.

we located in Oregon. and we will ship it UPS or FedEx. WIth UPS or we would use a special box that will have Styrofoam container inside. we would then put dry ice inside (WITH OUT THE DRY ICE TOUCHING THE MEAT). That will keep it frozen till it go to its destination.

Dry ice shipping for meet is very common and works. I don't know about the product, but shipping is not something the buyer needs to worry about.

Man, I wish I had the money for stuff like this. The only place near me that sells quality meat charges like $80 for a sampler of 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 pound of chicken breasts, and 8 natural casing hot dogs. The quality is amazing, but not $2/bite amazing.

EDIT: I found the order form, and I was off quite a bit. That package was $40, and includes a pound of ribs. However, the higher packages can be as low as $2/pound for a mix of beef, poultry, and pork.

Believe it or not this isn't a first. I remember someone talking about selling full cows (the meat, of course) for bitcoins. Is it just ground beef you have? I'd be interested if you had some prime cuts and did it kind of like Omaha Steaks does (deliver in styrofoam cooler w/dry ice).

I'd be willing to buy probably 2 pounds worth. Could you give me an approximated total cost, with everything included? I'm located in Orlando, FL.

I'm interested!
Can you go into more detail about what cuts you have and how much you have?
Do you have any skirt, flank, hanger, or flatiron?
How much would you charge for shipping?

I'm in California, so a USPS Priority Flat Rate box would take two days to get from you to me.
UPS is also two days.

Also, this is a great use of Bitcoin. High-Five.
