Sorry for upping this moderately old thread... but I think I needed to do that.
I was researching crunck's recent history (just to understand whether he will return to development of one of the coins he started and abandoned...)., and I found this thread.
First of all, I would like to tell that I am not happy with how crunck does what he does. He starts coins then abandons them, make coins for people who are repeat scammers (I got such impression from this thread particularly), but one thing is pretty much clear - the accusation in this thread is practically not valid (at least it is not valid
anymore).
I make that conclusion based on few factors:
1. The OP has disappeared right after opening this thread (on Nov 28)
2. crunck told above (on December 09) he actually delivered the coins ordered after some time - those were coins named "rootcoin (x13)" and "romecoin (sha 256)". OP did not intervene and did not tell that's not true, so either OP is agree with this, or he just run away from forum.
3. If you look carefully into the picture quoted in OP (
https://s13.postimg.org/67mvakizb/2_Capture.png), you will see the name of one of the coins is "ROME" (they tried to wipe it), so it proves what crunck posted
4. Another link in OP shows a picture where it is written that one of coins was x13, another was sha256/ So this fits too.
Of course, this doesn't prove 100% crunck actually delivered the coins, but at least crunck side of story looks self-consistent, and the OP did not oppose. So this case doesn't seem to be valid.
Well, I don't know why I spent all this time writing this
. Knowing the nervous atmosphere here in BCT, I know posting here is risky and I am probably putting myself under fire doing that, but... this case reminded me of "Dreyfus affair", so I felt I need to tell something.
Then again, I want to point once more, I am a no fan of crunck, who is actually guilty in other unrelated things (trusting him and following one of his coins costed me almost half a btc..
Never again!...
), but I just really dislike when people are blamed (and even get a lot of neg feedback!) for something they are not guilty in.
