WHY ICO?

The easy way for a shit coin was getting spread to grab money.

these people are stupid and think other people are equally stupid as they are 

To steal money with ICO, you need at least some accountability. Show your names, show whatever you did good in your whole life if any, also show some of your pig head pictures so people know you are normal men, not something in the horror movie, finally show how the fund you raise will be spent, so at least someone with IQ lower than you will believe you... otherwise you get zero chance.

Don't think a few good pictures can get you an ICO, if so the life would be too simple

I understand, as the Escrow will be the Livecoin.

But conditions:

You'll be able to withdraw DLR coins in 5 days after ICO ends. No additional fees are applied for ICO orders. You'll be charged for 0.2% only, this is our regular trading fee.

We, as the Cryptocurrency Exchange, commit to burn the part of premine that was not sold out, otherwise the customers will receive a refund according to developer’s will. After not sold-out rest of coins is eliminated we commit to provide confirmation in public.

During ICO you can only buy DLR, you can not sell it. You'll be able to sell DLR only after ICO. Trading conditions and fees for DLR/BTC pair will be the same as for all other pairs at our Exchange.

Developer will be able to withdraw 30% of funds collected for ICO in 5 workdays after successful ICO closure. The rest of 70% he will get in 30 calendar days more. This is the least step we can provide for the investors’ protection. The Exchange is not responsible for developers’ trustworthiness and does not guarantee further development of the project to investors. The only protection the Exchange can provide for investors is a 35-day-long hold of funds for project’s developers.
