"On November 24, the attache for defense issues of the Ukrainian Embassy in Russia was invited to the Defense Ministry and given a military diplomatic note," the ministry said in a report on Friday.
"It contained a formal protest on the part of the Russian Defense Ministry over the imposition of illegal restrictions on the use of airspace on December 1-2, 2016, over the Black Sea area to the west of the Crimean coast 'for missile firing drills'," it said.
