Hello,

Purse can lock your account and they will never give your money back for no reason at all (I've lost more than 100$).

FROM purse support:

Your account was flagged as suspicious by our security system and disabled.

It's our policy not to comment on ongoing investigations, but here are possible reasons why your account was deactivated:

    suspicion of account compromise
    suspicion of fraud
    frequent order cancellations on Amazon
    investigation by law enforcement
    connection to other flagged/locked accounts

Our #1 priority is to ensure a safe and secure experience for Shoppers, Earners, and Merchants. We're aware that false positives can happen, and if that's the case, your account access will be restored. We use a sophisticated system to track user behavior, and disable users whose actions resemble any of the above reasons.

I have been using purse.io for a few months now. Made about 4 transactions and I have never had any problems. Purse.io is as legit as it gets.

In case you tried buying inexpensive prepaid cards by trading bitcoins or amazon gift cards then it might happen.

Please, I've heard rumours of it being run by 2-3 people instead of a group. I don't really trust a .io, they have no trust ratings. Also, please show proofs your transactions and the amount risked. 200$ is not a joke, it needs to be considered while joining a website that gives no prior reason or warning to the users.

Sure, I can show you my transactions.. Because of the gamification system my transactions are all low. 11$ and 12$ purchase for some user and a 39$ purchase for my self.

4th transaction I made from my sisters account for 99.99$

I'm no foreign noob, I'm a Sr. Member here that got hacked, and I can say that purse.io not only has the worst customer service, they are worse than PayPal. They ban you without a reason, fail to communicate, and simply shut you out their site and keep your BTC.

They need to be stopped.
