A successor to an older Bitcoin ad network which shut down after the admin went awol, AdBit runs on a pay-per-day bidding system. Basically, you put an ad space on your page, and people bid on it. The higher the bid the more of a share the advertiser has. Due to a spam of one satoshi bids, the default minimum cost per day is 0.0001BTC. This ad network is only for banner ads.
Note: you need to have bids on your ads to make this profitable but you can gain satoshi as well only for putting them in your page!

As i heard, this is the best BTC advertising network, bue due the changes to their approval guidelines they only now accept sites only if they are in the AlexaRank 200k or less!

In additon to this, in order to get a cashout, you have to fill in a tax form.
