Refunding digital copies of games will lead to the cd keys getting disabled no? Once I wasn't satisfied with a game myself and after I got my refund the cd key was not working any more. I don't think G2A sell any DRM-free games like GoG either, right? Plus what you are doing is unethical but I am not here to judge. I just don't want people to end up with void cd keys and -15% of the game's value.

Also i don't want to know the magic , if that is not involved for me to chargeback on G2A from PayPal / the purchased key gets revoked and also if you agree to take fees after your magic done or being hold by High trusted escrow here

You buy the game for $100, I get the refund so you pay me $15. Your basically getting $85 back.

And also OP offers seems really too good to be true, but even if he can refund back 100% of amount you may not be able to use the game you have purchased after few days.

If anyone willing to take vouch copy from OP can post here about his result, i don't dare to try this.
