This is an agreement between Projects and Stereotype for a 90 day difference to pay 10 BTC option.
Strike price is £150 with a non refundable upfront fee of 1 BTC (0.1 BTC/BTC) made payable immediately by Stereotype.
Projects is liable to hold the 10 BTC in his custody for the duration of the option or until it is executed by Stereotype - whichever comes first.
Stereotype can execute this option at any point between Sunday 7th April 2013 and Saturday, 6 July 2013 and the difference between current market price using "MtGox" and the strike price will be paid to Stereotype. This option will expire on 6th July 2013 if Stereotype decides not to execute if the strike price has not been reached and no further payment from one party to the other will be required.

Stereotype has paid the 1 BTC non refundable fee so this agreement is now current.

Also just to note before I get flooded with PMs asking for options this is a one off agreement I have made as a personal hedge so I will not be offering any further agreements as I do not have the liquidity to cover more liabilities than this.

Agreement now expired, Stereotype obviously chooses not to exercise his right to buy so no further payment is required by either party.
