Casascius stopped selling funded coins a while ago for legal reasons. He hasn't sold any funded coins in along time which adds to the rarity of the existing coins and hence their high demand.
He did release a non-wallet Super Bowl coin last year which sold out quickly but other than that and the blanks he hasn't sold any since.
If you want to buy or sell one then the best place to do so is on this forum (you'll be charged less of a premium over the likes of eBay).
