That kind of speeds would need 50 RX 470 cards. 50. At the lowest possible power draw that would still be around 4KW. Even the Chinese guys thats making custom GPU rigs cant not come close to getting that performance at 1.5KW.

After reading the title itself, it is more than enough to call it a scam. I don't there is any miner to profit in less than 3 months at present. Ditch the whole idea and do something that is worth the time. This is just a shit scam trying to steal your money. Be careful!!
