[ANN] CBC (Central Bank Coin) concept

[Balthazar]

Main features:

• 10T coins pre-mined
• Txn confirmation time is 2-3 business days
• Valid blocks could be generated only from Monday to Friday
• You should pay for blocks which you generate

P.S. it's a joke, but I'd like to see this in action, if someone will create it

P.P.S. It still should use decentralized and public block chain. Otherwise it will be not so funny.

Don't forget that with the fractional reserve system the CB only needs 1% CBC's on deposit. Thus, the 10T pre-mine coins can become 1,000T CBC coins in an instant!!!

I suggest a standard low fee of 5 CBC for all operations, including check your wallet balance.

Also we shouldn't forget about reversive transactions support.

New definition for floating transactions (2-3days): OPM invested.
Annual bonus paid to devs in the form of Proof of Dev (PoD) blocks.
PoD blocks generated throughout the year to enable devs to perform quantitative easing by swapping CBCs for personal assets and bonds, and to maintain hyperinflation.
No tx on any bank holidays mandated in any country on Earth... and elsewhere. Generation of PoD blocks not affected.
