No you can't the fee they charge to send is 2% so that would kill such small amount in fees if you could anyways.

Neteller says there is the minimum amount for withdrawal in the bank account but then it will charge more fees for it if I decide to deposit up to minimum limit to withdraw.

How should I withdraw my funds without paying extra?
