I'm looking at a dedicated server to buy.

The server will be used for Email marketing, I need a server with 16 ips.

The minimum configuration I need:

Intel Xeon
16GB DDR3 RAM
2TB SATA or 250GB Crucial SSD
100Mbps unlimited or 1Gbps 40TB
16 ips

While these are good suggestions, I believe that OP wants to pay in bitcoin since he posted on a bitcoin forum.

I'd recommend steadyturtle.com for shared and VPS hosting, but since you need a dedicated server, I'd recommend namecheap.com.

Namecheap has pretty decent rates, and is trusted and reputable. They have many different dedicated server plans, so you can choose the one that is right for you.
