There is always a warning at popup window - Use Auto at your own risk.
The main reason is that Auto mode is fully operated by your browser and due to some reasons your browser stopped the animation (pc was overloaded or etc.)
and the last server seed hash wasn't updated, therefore you received a notification about new server seed. We were trying to reproduce this bug for 3-4 hours without success.

P.S. We are always open for user reports or suggestions and we always try to fix/implement them as soon as possible.
According to your cases, you were awarded two times 0.05 BTC for the first case and 0.01 BTC for the last case according to the critical level.
But it seems the main reason of your reports is to recover the losses.

The only way server seed can be changed is when your browser sends incorrect/expired/used seed.

In your case the browser tried to send 1 seed 2 times due to that bug. The first has go through, but the second time, due to the fact that the seed has already been used, new one was generated and changed instantly to make your game uninterrupted.

You can check by yourself if your Balls game stuck again, write down the seed you see on Provably Fair sidebar, then click Play button (your seed will be automatically changed) and make only 1 bet. Then check 2 last bets and you will see that previous bet (before the bug happened) has the same seed you wrote.

So there is nothing common with manipulation.
