Basically you want to create an exchange group? What a platform you want to use? How the trade system works?

When you ask to anyone who don't have experience with this kind of project, I think people will doubt with your credibility.

I think you are talking about creating remittance service where individual from each country will work as agent who will either pay in cash or will provide bitcoin to the one who like to send remittance. However i think there will be legal issues and if government find out any individual running remittance service personally they will take action against it for sure.

I have thought about this way before also but after knowing about this that no any individual or company can do financial transaction without legal license, i have dropped this idea long time ago.
