I see so. 1 coin per block ? How often do you think you stake with 1000 spacecash ? How does it work ? I know there is no % so I am wondering if I can maybe have a feel for the staking amount and frequency. 1440 blocks a day I think so it is not that much to share that is why I ask.
Does anyone know ? Or can help ?
Hello Jason,
-on the calculation for your ability to solve a pos block it makes no difference between % per year or fixed reward.
i try to explain it in less words, the numbers and Digits /example are just for your Imagination for better understanding
and not acording to the specific Settings on scash...
Your *StakeWeight* on your Wallet is also called *CoinWeight*
the *CoinWeight* is based on the Ammount of Coins inside a single Transaction/Input
and the Age how Long These coins are full confirmed....
>> 1 Coin which is 1 Day aged has a *weight* of 1 *CoinDay*
>> 2 Coin which are 1 Day aged have a *weight* of 2 *CoinDays*
>> 1 Coin which is 2 Day aged has a *weight* of 2 *CoinDays*
if you have 1000 Coins for 1 Day Aged you have a StakeWeight of 1000
if you have 1 Coin for 1000 Days Aged you have a StakeWeight of 1000 too
These CoinDays/Coin Weight are similar to the Named/displayed *StakeWeight*
The *Netweight* Display all currently staking wallets with the users CoinWeight=StakeWeight
100 User Online and Staking with each 1 Coin aged for 1 Day would result into 100 Netweight.
each of These users have the same Chance to find a block 1/100 on each new block...
in These Situation *example*with 100 Blocks per Day has everyone a 100% Chance to find a block in 24 Hours.
