using Blockchain.info API and my address has vanished from the transaction

"I'm using the Blockchain.info API on my site.
I tested it the other day.
The input address is mine.
The outputs were a chained transaction (as always) where the primary address was generated by blockchain.info. The secondary address in the chain was of course, my REAL address.
I submitted the transaction and confirmed it in the block chain manually.
I saw that my INPUT and OUTPUTS were both correct. INPUT from me, OUTPUT to generated address, and then OUTPUT to my REAL address.
The generated address confirmed with 100 after about 6 hours, but no confirmations on the secondary chain to my REAL address.
36 hours later, still no confirmation on the REAL address.
48 hours after transfer, the transaction simply changes.
Now the transaction reads INPUT (me) - OUTPUT (generated address) and another OUTPUT to some address I don't know, for more BTC than I sent.
My REAL address has simply vanished from the transaction.
I sent 0.07 BTC. According to the blockchain, this is the amount removed from my wallet. All correct.
But then in the transaction now, I see that other unknown address receiving 0.4BTC from the INPUT.
Idea's? I've never seen this happen and no one seems to have any idea how this could happen. Everyone's insisting I must have sent to the wrong address, as there's nothing in the blockchain anymore to prove what happened. I do however, have the transaction log with Blockchain.info, confirming the CORRECT addresses. The transaction, across the network, is just changed.

Are you using the blockchain.info's Receive Payment service? If so, then is that address (1E6XztanxW1WamPzypoVC7TEs84r5rBtv3) the blockchain.info's generated address?

Yes, he is using that service and yes it is the generated address.  (edited for clarity)

Blockchain.info's generated address seems to be 1GfxJgs8FU6JrKFJFALT3PZxgv9VR7UXnL (and not 1E6XztanxW1WamPzypoVC7TEs84r5rBtv3 as you stated).

The final address (i.e. the address where blockchain.info is forwarding to) seems to be 1Dyqf4aG3K83mCbsWyjqzUGkRh5xV3rXPw.

Address 1E6XztanxW1WamPzypoVC7TEs84r5rBtv3 seems to be the input.

You can see all this because transaction dcf6484906cc1a699f088d92d11a993189b01036802ed9b4cdf052c20a82893d (that moves from 1GfxJgs8FU6JrKFJFALT3PZxgv9VR7UXnL to 1Dyqf4aG3K83mCbsWyjqzUGkRh5xV3rXPw) was relayed by blockchain.info, so it's highly likely this is the forwarding transaction.

The only "problem" I'm seeing is that this transaction is still unconfirmed, but this is more or less expected because it doesn't have fees. It will get confirmed eventually.

I think that what your friend calls the "problem" is the fact that the transaction that is outputting to the generated address is also outputting to 1F2tru7RrzuTph1oUa93nqVQfCvYABz8pe, but that doesn't have anything to do with the forwarding service of blockchain.info. This is problably a mistake of the person sending the money. It's possible that 1F2tru7RrzuTph1oUa93nqVQfCvYABz8pe is just a "change address" of the user's wallet.
