You do know that these are issued by a bank in Malaysia and who do you expect to create a bank account and offer you their bank card details? this is one dumb listing looking for an idiot who wants to loose their money or even get arrested for something they didn't even do.

No mate, this is a vcc and can be generated. If you do the BIN check it looks like it's a Malaysian debit card; however it is not.
