Hello,

i'm a new miner, i'm pooling for BTC, so i can purchase a new graphics card and get more Mhash/s

it's going to take me about 2-3 weeks to save enough BTC to sell for a card that can do atleast 120 Mhash/s

i have overclocked my card at the moment to the ultimate limit, also it's aircooled, my other power supply blew up also for some reason, it was Thermaltake Purepower 680w model: Pure Power-680APD

i woke up to a smell of eletrical burning, and computer turning off, PSU was 2 years old, i found in my shed a 485W PSU which was is about 6 years old, and useing that now for 2 days 24/7 on max hope it doesn't blow up

here is a picture of my current speeds, Mhash/s and Overclocks on GPU (Mhash/s 8.9 / 9.0)

pretty good Mhash/s for my card, rated as 7.3 with OC normaly

is there anything else i can do to speed up my Mhash/s more or another way to earn BTC, i have only 1 computer at the moment, i aim to steadly build up to 5 dedicated BTC Miners

Thanks for reading my post, any info is greatly welcomed

also if u want to make donation, please do, address in sig

With this card you'll never get to buy another card. I have the same card...
Btw, I also need the donations. 0.1 0.01 0.001 ...

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is anything else you can really do if you don't already have BTC besides buying an ATI card. In 2 to 3 weeks, difficulty will also probably ramp up another 100000 levels so it may take you longer to purchase that new GPU to replace your 8600.

at the moment i have earned 0.26 BTC with my current pool Mhash/s rate (shown in picture in previous post)

at current diffuculty will take 300 hours about 12-13 days to gain 6 bitcoins

Difficulty is 567358 at the moment as of Jun 14, 2011, price went down recently, so hopefully difficuly will drop a little
