what the hell is wrong with you?
jsut check their website if you have doubts about the escrows. if you mean escrow for the signature bounties then that is not possible because those TIME tokens aren't yet released. for all we know mainnet is yet to be developed. so those TIME tokens can't be stored somewhere else yet.

You still need to wear signature code if you want to join, I think you need to pm OP that youre already ranked up to fullmember and tell them you already wear the avatar or post it here. Coz there's no Google document for updating the rank.

The whole pool is 0.3% of all TIME (so it all depends on crowdsale figures), but not less than 2000 TIME.
