The dev just collected a buncha BTC in an ICO, then strung along this thread a bit to seem like he was following thru,
he has since not logged in for several months now Sad

Honestly i dont think many used the service, it was expensive as hell, and he made like 10+ BTC in ICO, enough to make a new account easily and do it again on another project :/
