Deal Terms:
12.5% share of Profit in Android Version of Game Exclusive of any other deals we strike with any other investors.
This will be there till complete lifecycle of the game.
7.5% share of the Profit of iOS version of the game as and when it becomes available.
This will be there till complete lifecycle of the game.
The investment is only in the "Spacey The Bird" title of our studio and hence would only be applicable on this game.
We are very thankful to gambit1 for this investment and hope this would prove mutually beneficial for both of us.
