Total Newbie here and looking for any help I can get

I tried to send Bitcions to another wallet after I did a sweep, the coins are gone from my Electrum wallet but do not appear in my other wallet. I have now created a second Electrum wallet this time with 2fa. How would I use this wallet now that my Bitcoins are gone...

I am running Electrum 2.7.12, (win10)

Good idea to use one wallet at a time until you learn the ins and outs. As long as you saved the seed phrase of the first Elecrum wallet your bitcoin are safe. The txid you posted is not valid.

As I can see the transaction is already confirmed so I assume that they should be visible in your wallet without any problem provided that the new wallet has been successfully setup.
If the problem continues, please post a screenshot so we can further help.

I completely agree with your one wallet statement, and after I spent a few days reading a doing a little research I picked the 1 wallet I wanted to use, which was all fine and dandy until I had to do a sweep, which after reading discovered that the wallet I picked was not capable of doing a sweep, so then I needed another wallet, and down the rabbit hole I went and the results are not pretty. We can all have something to say about Microsoft, and all the hate/love discussions that go. The 1 extremely good thing that Microsoft did was it pretty much forced EVERYONE to speak the same language and hence was why it was so successful, my feeling about my experience with digital currency is exactly that, great idea but until everyone is speaking the same language, singing from the same song street it will never fly as anything close to the current monetary system, whether you like it or not Angry Sad Shocked Huh Huh
