Question please If I chose the winner may I ask for a small change? nothing major.. Is that a massive problem?

That is not a massive problem but that is a normal thing whenever you choose a design the designer will agree to do changes according to your demand as you are going to buy these designs for yourself.

I've been very busy thus last few weeks that's why I never joined any signature campaign recently. But I have a lots of free time now. I'm looking forward on this upcoming campaign. OK great because the ICO is to Upgrade the existing exchange to be a competitor to poloniex as it will have some major features.
