About 45 minutes to an hour and a half after I start mining I notice the MHash/s rate will freeze and it stops getting new shares. If I stop mining and start again it will pick back up with no problem and mine for another hour or so before freezing again. I've been mining for about two weeks and haven't had any problems until now. I haven't changed any hardware settings or drivers so I'm really quite flummoxed by the sudden failure. There is no screen saver enabled, the monitor is set to never shut off, and I've disabled ULPS. I don't think it can be an issue of the card shutting down due to not being used, since it happens even if I'm actively web browsing while mining. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

The software is the latest version of GUIMiner. I'm part of Slush's Pool, mining.bitcoin.cz, and I'm not too sure what port. Whatever the generic port that GUIMiner uses, I guess. I never set up any specific port to be used.

So I don't think it's a GUIMiner issue. I downloaded Bit Moose and tried that and have the same issue. Left for a few hours and when I came back all activity on the card had ceased and the miner had stopped mining. Is there some setting or something that might be sleeping my card after X amount of time being "inactive"?

Could be just Slush's pool having problems since the massive DDoS these last two days.
