this is how you mostly speculate altcoins not with charts. bitcoin price is rising and as it happened before, ETH price falls with that rise.

the trend for ethereum is still going down in under 0.010 maybe like OP said in under 0.009, and for bitcoin, i see that the trend is going up but it hard to say how much will it be increase because its all depend on what is going on market and the traders.

I dont know much about the chart but one thing is sure that if you are going for buying then you can just split and buy so their if their is more crash in ETH  then you should be in position to buy some more on lower rates. About Bitcoin i dont think that right now their is any selling pressure in Bitcoin my next target of Bitcoin is $800+ within short time it may be in two or three weeks time like nearly before 20th december 2016. Its just my view on the current market of bitcoin

End phase of the green lamp of bitcoin touch alt was so risky. But it is the best time for buy some ETH if we are the ETH bag holder. But the future of ETH can't be predicting.

correlation exists between bitcoin price and most of the altcoins not all of them. and this correlation is the most obvious in altcoins which are being traded with both BTC and USD at the same time.

I would expect a little more for ETH, if BTC was shot above 1000 $ ETH could go to 0. 00235000 

ETH will get there even without bitcoin shooting up to $1000 and it has already started to go down and when ETH goes down lots of panic sells start which will push further down.

The technical analysis works for the larger crypto with high volumes, now ETH broke the support of 0.01 confirms the fall.

I think it happened before because people are selling / dumping their ETH for BTC. They are converting their BTC to fiat since bitcoin is rising now. Other altcoins are also affected,for traders this is an opportunity to buy

I think it happened before because people are selling / dumping their ETH for BTC. They are converting their BTC to fiat since bitcoin is rising now. Other altcoins are also affected,for traders this is an opportunity to buy

ETH price versus BTC is going down because bitcoin price in USD is going up that part is happening automatically but when this happens people start dumping more in order to have more bitcoin (not the same amount of USD) that creates a dumping wave that will cause a bigger price drop leading to more dump and as bitcoin price rises more this effect becomes more severe.

Remember too many FUD was saying if the price will still going down more and more. But where from you was saying if it the correction price? Totally you can put some of your reason for that, The price was being unpredictable, Like the Bo Shen cases, everyone won't think it will happen.

price of ethereum is highly unlikely to ever recover. next year as bitcoin price becomes more stable and market returns to its calm days, there may be some new pumps but i really don't think it can ever go back to its ATH

It's hard to buy eth as of the moment considering its reliance on the price of bitcoin which is very bullish right now, so if this trend continues it might be better to short the current price of eth.
