it's ok , I noticed this mainly happens when betting on esports live but with the other sports it's really fine ( maybe because traders need to be more cautious with esports )

They credit my bonus but they gave me 20% and not 100% bonus.They claim that i have made a bet but i did not.

How your team saw that i made a bet,without even to move my balance from casino to sports(i did move my balance when they credit me the 20% bonus)?

my balance in sports isn't showing as well in the header , and when I open the withdraw section in order to move balance between sports and casino the sports balance isn't showing there as well
so basically can't open sports and can't access the funds that I deposited to the sports section as well

My last question was about nba.2 days after my email, the guy who "plays" in there told me that he will ask his sports sept and that ill have my answer after that...that was 5 days ago and no reply yet.
There is no bet history.You can see your open bets but only that.There is something like account statement for the last 2 week.but no bet history.
They limit accounts.They lower their odds.After a winning tennis bet the next day i noticed that my odds was lower.

The only good thing in there is the instant withdrawal.
