Not maintenance, site is up. Same here, I also use an office connection that deliberately makes it very slow when accessing certain non-work approved sites, so BitDice is one of them. Red circle means you can't do anything. Unfortunately the only way to go around that is to use a different connection. Try mobile data, that at least doesn't have a block (it's a form of direct connection).

Bet speed is an issue for Bitdice to solve, hope they find out the root cause soon.
