You're sending bitcoins that comes from a chain of unconfirmed transactions. Those transactions will have to be confirmed first before yours can be included in a block. achow101 beat me to it.
You can try making them confirm faster by spending the unconfirmed bitcoins using higher fee than usual (you can use achow101's
transaction fee booster to estimate the fee). Or you can contact a miner and ask them to include all of the transactions related to yours in their block.
I got it from my merchant site. Now can contact that's site again ?
You can always try contacting them to do what I described above. Though you can do the first method yourself.
