Basically every bitcoin centralized exchange offers this functionality.
You will have to wait only if you want trade bitcoin in a fully anonymous fashion while using decentralized exchange like Bitsquare or p2p trading platforms like Localbitcoins or Paxful.

Does the IRS snooping around Coinbase not bother you? I know they are there for only tax purposes but just to be safe, it would be advisable to stay away. What if the IRS finds something over there like some evidence of money laundering? That could be enough to lock down the site and have your Bitcoins trapped.

To be honest, I am not a fan of Coinbase. I don't like their services - especially their wallet - it might be a trap, your account can be frozen or suspended because you broke their very restrictive ToS.
But they are big, regulated company and newbies or people who are concerned about their security likes that - they are similar to your standard FIAT bank.

Obviously if you want to hide your coins then you shouldn't use Coinbase to purchase them.
They most likely will share their database with IRS in the future but I expect most other exchanges will do that as well.
Question is: whether bitcoin will ever reach that critical point and price increase to make it great asset for IRS to hunt for tax revenue.

i think there is a lot of exchange for trade sell and buy bitcoin like as yobit and localbitcoin exchange but i mostly using localbitcoins when i selling my earning bitcoin and they are very very secure and safest exchange and i will never face to any scam with localbitcoins exchange.

Yes you are right, usually new markets that there are no reviews from other users and more safe use old markets exchangers than taking risk trying new services although not all of new markets scaming their users.

Yeah it is true, because it is a site that provides or create a thread in this forum is a site that has an exceptional level of service, but I hope we're not too believe against the newly created thread. Because sometimes there's just a thread just gives a promise and eventually they cheat for their own purposes. If you want to trade then I suggest that you trade in poloniex or c-cex. because I see both of these sites have long standing and has a good level of service

The decentralised exchange, it may become the right way for that. But it seems the volatility wasn't enough for the trader.
I use it, and I leave it right now. In my experience, the volatility is so weak. and seems not be a good place for traders which wanna take a day profit.

Actually, there are so many sites that are legit where we/you can buy bitcoin at anytime you want. There is bittrex, blockchain, poloniex, c-cex and etc. Just as long as the exchange platform has a good history background, well go in trading.

There would be no blocking to trade with your friends, colleagues and forum members. Trading locally has many advantages like you can customize your fees based on their requirements. The basic requirement for this should be identifying the like minded people. But this must be one of the way to get start INSTANTLY.

Kraken is a safe place to do bitcoin-fiat trades, the exchange has never been hacked before and it has a high trade volume.

Yeah, someone referred me to them yesterday after Circle pulled a Judas on the bitcoin community.   I think I'm going to sign up tomorrow when I can get to a desktop computer.   They're limited as far as altcoins go, but that's probably a good thing.   Gonna miss Circle...
