17.11.2016 on the Viabuy deactivated my account and asked for some documents.
They are sent by mail has been received, but since then can not be achieved by any means. There is no telephone number, e-mail or do not respond.

Can someone that would be the PPRO Financial Ltd's difficulties?

This doesn't seems to be related to any bitcoin services and never heard about them before.

You can try few bitcoin debit card providers if you like to use card without sending any personal documents.

There is no telephone number, e-mail or do not respond.

Can someone that would be the PPRO Financial Ltd's difficulties?

Found email on footer: service.en@viabuy.com

Also link to PPRO financial LTd https://www.ppro.com/
Their address: Landsberger Str. 110, 80339 München, Germany

Try contacting them, i don't think there are any viabuy representatives here to help you.

Sorry for your loss, how much you have lost?

But you should have done few research on them before depositing anything there. If you can file a case than you can try it against them.

Recently I have ordered Viabuy card but soon after that I returned the card. The customer service was very comunicative and fast, had no issues. Soon after ordering I changed my mind and returned the card back, like I had some feeling that something could be wrong. But I'm surprised  they used to be reliable, at least so far I haven't found negative reviews about them.

If you have a few extra thousand euros, upload the card and see what will happen!

While asked about the subscription, they were nice to me, communicative.

What exactly did support say when they asked you for those documents?
How about posting some screenshots.

And here, these are the possible reasons I saw for restriction/etc. :

Quote
6.3. You are not permitted to use Your Account to aggregate payments for what we deem
to be commercial purposes unless we explicitly provide you notice to the contrary. In
particular, if Your Account receives loads from more than 5 third party money senders
in any given 90 day period,
We consider such use to be outside the scope of normal
use of the Account. In such circumstances use of Your Account may be restricted and
We reserve the right to terminate Our relationship with You immediately.
Quote
6.4. Without prejudice to section 6.3, it is strictly forbidden to send or receive payments
from or to the Prepaid Product for any goods or services that are associated with or
that we deem may facilitate illegal activities
; or for any material which incites violence,
hatred, racism; or for any material which is considered immoral or obscene
; or for
unregistered charity services, Ponzi schemes, or high yield investment programmes.
Quote
6.6. Use of a Prepaid Product may further be restricted without notice if suspicious,
fraudulent, high risk or illegal activities are identified or suspected,
if We believe You
have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or in the event of exceptional
circumstances which prohibit the normal operation of the Account.

Anyway, these certainly does not answer why support is no longer responsive. They should let you know what exactly, the problem is.

This is email received from VIABUY 17/11/2016 :

For security reasons we have temporarily deactivated your card account.
Our risk management division requires from you at least one document from A) AND B) in order to unlock your card account:
•   A) Notarised copies of one or more documents as evidence of your identity and your place of residence as stated on registration:
•   EITHER
•
o   1) Front and back of a identity card, whereby the address on the back must match the address stated on registration
o   OR
o   2) Passport and identity card AND a utility bill (e.g. gas, district heating, electricity, landline) that is less than 3 months old
•   AND
•   B) Documents that will enable us to track the activity on your card account. This does not require notarial certification; copies or print-outs are acceptable. For the self-employed, acceptable documents include business registrations, eBay statements or bank account statements.
Please send original documents in categories A) AND B) by post to our service team in Germany:
Card Services
Welfenstr. 22
81541 Munich
Germany
As soon as we receive the documents and have checked them, we will credit the costs of the notarial certification to your card account, provided that you send us the original notary invoice with the documents.
When the documents from A) and B) have been positively verified, your VIABUY card account will be reactivated.
Kind regards,
Your VIABUY Team

I sent all documents to specified address.

Before the suspension was a question to the customer, even though I do not have any relationship:

The VIABUY every card holder gives specific IBAN account number.

I transferred it to my account card EUR 500 Kraken in my account.

It turned out that the VIABUY not my name and account number entered as the sender instead of your own (Sender name: PPRO Financial Ltd.)

The Kraken will not accept third-party transfer therefore returned the PPRO account.

I asked him to put the VIABUY from the amount transferred to my account, I never responded, but deactivated my account.

I'm sorry. I don't really understand what you've said. And I'm not very familiar with Kraken as well. (Haven't used that exchange yet.)

Are you saying you've tried to transfer 500 Euro from your viabuy card to your Kraken account?
Or, you used your card to do a trade in Kraken?
Was this the first time you used that card for an exchange/trading platform?
If so, Viabuy may have categorized that as violation of their TOS 6.4 ?

Also, I don't think anyone here could really help you since only Viabuy support can clear/reactivate your card.
And, seeing as you've already sent the required documents, give them more time to receive it and do a proper review. (You did send it by post, right?)

Yes, I sent it by post. Arrived on 11/28/2016.
Unfortunately, my English is pretty bad.
The Kraken is a bitcoin exchange, is perfectly legal.

However, nowhere in the VIABUY informs that transfer is not in my name and account number of the sender included in the transfer.

Yes I know Kraken is an exchange, I say I'm not familiar with it because I have yet to do a trade there.

Anyway, give them more time. It's 6 days since they've received your documents. But yeah, the service is bad and communication should be better. I'd advice that as soon as the issue is settled and you get back your funds, find a better service.

Meantime, you could try contacting them via these channels.
