More Information is as follows:
JETZ is a Peer-to-peer (P2P) Based Digital Currency/Commodity with Consensus Confirmation within Clients that require a "Special Random Occurrence" that is included within the Block itself, without the "Special Random Occurrence" within the Block Mined it is deemed invalid due to the consensus of the Clients trying to agree and already knowing that it isn't a Valid Block thus Rejecting it fully and discarding it from the network, this way False submissions of Blocks without the "Special Random Occurance" will never get introduced into the network.
Block times are Random, due to this the time a block can take to be mined can be from 60 Seconds to a Capped Maximum of 30 Minutes.
The Network has the ability to up-scale the Block size on required transactions at the time granted because of the "Special Random Occurrence" of Blocks and the Built-In Signalling for it inside the Clients to Verify the Procedure.
The build up of (TX's) Transactions are fundamentally flawed with the Hard Block Sizing for Cryptocoins that may or may not need it since you never know when that increase will be required and then become mute, So... We have opted to Experiment and Create a Self-Adapting Block Sizing which has thus far proven to work throughout out rigorous testing with all of JETZ features and stability withing the Client and Network itself.
The "Special Random Occurrence" in every Block enables all (TX's) Transactions that are lobbied to be sent from the Clients, since this is the Unique Mechanism that enables JETZ to provide Multi-Random outputs from (TX's) Transactions to be Double Converted thus rendering Public Confirmation Highly Improbable, only your Address remains silent & a Double Converted sending address (Or Dummy address from the Double Conversion) is sent meaning only your address will "always" be only view-able to you unless someone, somehow gets another users JETZ Wallet file, you are at your own risk with security, that is why it is needed to remain your own, Period.
Upon Receiving JETZ it is the same thing, a new address (Dummy Address) gets created every time for receiving for example from an another User or Exchange which is automatically Double Converted, only your Double Converted address is required for receiving of your coins and not your own JETZ Personal Address, the both are completely separate but the Dummy Addresses are Privately linked to the sole users wallet.
