What is better? To gamble or to invest?

I think investing is more risky than gambling because most of investing websites are just scam, but in gambling you have better chances to make your bitcoin grow. How about you guys what do you think?

In my assessment, Investing is still good to me rather than gambling. It maybe risky, but still safe for me, and besides it depends on you of how much you will invest in the sites that you are talking about. actually, in gambling, yes its true your small amount of investment in there can be multiply by 10 or more but its only a matter of 5% out of 100%.

i personally don't dare to considers investment more safe rather than gambling because the current problem for investment options is very rarely to found legit investment sites as far as i know that investment sites currently is ponzi or HYIP so if you trying to invest at those site i'm pretty sure there is no chance to get your money back because they will scamming us

Why do you want to invest in Ponzi or those high yield investment programs? Most of them are only scam programs. You can choose to invest in any of the trusted gambling site bankrolls because you can make decent profits over the time. Whether these sites are trusted or not you can easily can find out from this forum if you spend some time in gambling section. I don't think gambling is a good option to make money but it is good to have only for fun.

Well if it is a PONZI or HYIP then I think you are absolutely right cause most of these sites are just a bunch of scams,
but if you're going to make a profit by gambling then you should also set a goal and whenever you reach that goal you will stop gambling for that day,
because we all know that if you are going to be greedy in some gambling sites you will just end up losing all of your money

then you have to find a legitimate investment. right now it seems to me like you are comparing apples and oranges. you compare investing in ponzi and other scams with gambling, and in that comparison gambling comes ahead because gambling is fair and square while ponzi is a scam waiting to happen.

but when you compare a real investment like even investing in a casino's bankroll or investing in  a real business out there, investment comes ahead by a very big difference.

It is easy to divest your investment any time however there is no point to that if you do such thing. However the good thing is that whenever you lose you get small portion of it back as your investment although that it needs a huge percentage of the bankroll supported by you incase you want to get bigger portion back when you lose

Only a few actually "safe investments" around and they dont pay hardly anything in % terms vs higher risk.  Most people are young on the forum you need to not play investments safely and if you gamble you need to try to work out a way to gamble safely or just dont bother.

make investing is a good option for us and there is many people which use investment to grow their money in short until long term, beside that we can get profit from our investment. before make investment with any programs or in the website, better we search the info and read any recommended site or programs so we can feel save while our investment is work.

of course, much more profitable investment. but for some people who do not have the patience then they will choose gambling.

There is also no such thing as good or bad gambler if all the things that you are playing actually consist of luck based. In the end all you need is to have some bankroll to wager and you could play however it is still much better to invest then to gamble

he is saying good strategy, i am not sure if he really means it but in my experience there are good strategies and there is a difference between a good strategy and a 100% working strategy.

you have to think of it as a way to better your results not make them all win. for example with a good strategy you can win 20% more times than you were winning before.

What do you mean by refunded? I have not been informed that such feature exist . Investing in altcoin has its risks there is no way that it will be safe and your money will be refunded if the coin fails . Of course the risk in investing on a launched and to be launched coin is different . I think it will be safer to invest on an already launched coin cause you can get some data that ICO's don't have for you to analyze  .

I have had invested in a few altcoin icos and i can say that it's not worth it. you would be better off investing in casino's bankroll.

What do you mean by refunded? I have not been informed that such feature exist . I think he meant if the ico didn't reached it's funding goal, then we get refunded.

No this is not true gambling is way riskier than investing, if you invest in a trusted party its safer, with gambling you are just betting on something and than its gone..

Thats the point mate with investing you have a lots of time to research and study the investment that you will going to support and entrusting your money so those scam site that mention can be avoided unlike with gambling you are entrusting your money with your luck and the risk of losing is much bigger since luck is not always around you.

Investing is not just all about trading, for me trading is still better than gambling. Because in trading you should really have an always update to what is happening with your trades and it is not just with winning. That's the disadvantage of gambling, as you have said in the long term we already know what's the down fall of it, we will just lose in the end.
