I was wondering if you make bets on sports that you have no experience in?

lets say you have never watched boxing, or soccer even, would you still consider betting on these matches?
how will you do it then? random or will you use a tipster service?

I was thinking about getting into sports betting but the games are countless and i don't know which one to choose and i don't know anything about majority of sports.

I dont think it is a good idea to take risks with anything unless you have weighed them out and increased your chance of success as much as you can by preparing yourself and educating yourself fpr the outcome you after.

If you sre I'll prepared then the expected result is failure so we must not be surprised when we fail if we sre I'll prepared.

I seldom bet on the sports which I don't know, like baseball, its rule is too intrigued to understand, and better teams may have unexpected losses against weak teams.

I mostly bet on soccer and tennis, which I can play and 100% familiar with the rules, I have my betting data, and reference websites for odds and form analysis.

I think with taking tipster help, he will bet unknown games. And he is willing to learn new games, so he is taking the risk to learn those games. Learning new games is a good thing it will increase your betting options more in all different games. But the thing is if you bet on without knowing games you need big bankroll, because your prediction will not correct all times you need to face some losses to learn new games. If you are ok for this condition, then you can try new games.

I do betting on a game that I don't know too sometimes. It happened when I got bored or too lazy to read the statistic from both teams. Idk why I still betting on such situation. I bet based on 1X2 odds. If a team had 1.11 or lower, then I will look at asian handicap odds. -0.5, -1 or -1.5 will have the better odds for that team and I will pick one of them.

Yes it is actually hard to bet on the games that you don't know but if you are going to follow some prediction threads of the sports analyst wanna be. Because there are some predictors that has an accurate way of predicting games with valid proof of their analysis.

I do not bet on games I do not know, if you are just following tipster then what you are doing is you are blindly following and that would not end good. As a gambler, we want to prove that we can win on our own, it's fine to consider other predictions but not all the time, doing it will lead us to end our journey in a very short time.

Exactly, we should do bet only those games which we know very well, otherwise take the risk, its mean wasting the money. So i also do only those games bet which practically i know about them, because i have a information and strategy about matches, that's why i have winning chances in sports when i do bet.

Actually true, there were times that I'm betting on some games where in fact I don't even know them , just trying it out. Though it is better and more fun to bet on the team we support ,and to do a quick research on them at least before betting if not familiar to the game and team.

Soccer and cricket are the only sports which i know about so i just bet on soccer and cricket matches. If you don't know about any rules of the game or even don't know  how winner is declared, than there is no point in betting on such games.

well if it was me of course i'll try to find a sport that i have knowledge of before i go betting. Betting would involve my money so i would rather risk on something that i have an idea about. well if i have a friend or relative that knows about a certain sport that i don't know then i can consider getting their advice, sports betting is already one of the easiest way to at least have constant earnings when gambling so don't waste it by betting blindly

That is a better strategy in betting on sports if someone will try to bet on unknown sports then he will be like falling in to a well which deepness he do not know. We always have to bet on those sports which we know. People who will know that their betting involve their hard earned money then they will only plan and follow sensible strategies and will not go to bet blindly in any place even in those about which they do not know.

well if it was me of course i'll try to find a sport that i have knowledge of before i go betting. Well you are already gambling why not do it on the extreme LOL.  Anyway, there is alwayas a tipster  regarding that sports on sports betting, though it is not advisable but you can follow and bet on their tips if you feel like betting on an unknown sports for you.  Most people will tell you not to bet on unknown territory but it is where the extreme joy/thrill is LOL.

Well maybe you don't technically need beginners luck. Just go to anyone of the betting tips site or maybe some site which is trusted
and has good records. Even i didn't know anything about betting and tbh i still don't understand but i use the tips given over there
and till now i'm in a good profit. Even though i did lose a few bets but till now i'm in profit itself.

It's called blind betting and is the worst kind of gambling, tipsters are good if they are not misleading you on purpose.

I have tried it before and I lost. I won't try it again. What actually happened was I just saw a tipster thread and based on the previous prediction that the person has suggested which happen to be correct, I just went in when it was obvious I haven't heard about the teams playing before. I lost woefully and since then I won't put my money in such again.
