Stuff You Can Buy with Bitcoin on Craigslist

Given the recent rise in value and interest in Bitcoin, I thought it would be cool to make a snapshot of what was for sale on Craigslist from people accepting BTC.  

Los Angeles seems to have the most different sellers and I thought it was cool Portland, Oregon has aquarium shrimp for BTC this morning.

Austin, Texas has two types of fertilized chicken eggs. All the listings were offering Bitcoin as an alternative to dollars. But in one example in San Francisco, someone is only taking crypto currencies.

I was impressed with the variety of things already available on Craigslist in exchange for Bitcoin.  It seems like there has been a fair amount of growth since midway last year.

Is anyone actively listing stuff on Craigslist for BTC or had a successful sale doing so?

I sold a few things back in the days (2011,2012), always listed as "cash or bitcoin" - nobody ever commented or asked about btc. I'm sure this is about to change. I'll keep offering btc as an option whenever I'm selling, of course.

Thanks. I talked to the guy selling the shrimp. He does pc rigs as a hobby and has a been a miner for some time.

He said no one had bought shrimp using BTC yet, but that he'd continue to offer it as a payment method nonetheless.
