Anyone using PureVpn and still running a bitcoin full node ?  i have split tunnelling running but still i get no incoming connections.

Did you portforward TCP 8333 correctly? AFAIK, you need an add-on[1] to do so. Use https://bitnodes.21.co/ to check if you set it up correctly, scroll down.
