Miner profit margin

Hello does anyone know where I can get this data for a longer time period, preferably back to the first bitcoin bubble?

Im looking to get a longer average for the margin and to get a better estimate of its standard deviation. If someone has a data file that would be even better.

Yeah I've been on here but the charts only go back a little way for mining revenue, thanks anyway.
