I think even replying to someones reply with your referral link not allowed but without referral link that is fine. I can suggest that put your referral link in your signature or your personal text or you can create your own blogging site and put all your referrals there and post your blog here in you want to get a lot of referrals.

First thing's first is that you should have to discussed everything about the gambling site and all the info should be accurate to what is the certain site really provide. IMO it is prohibited to force someone to join your referral link in this forum but i think that it is not illegal if you provide two links with and without your referral link in that way the users could choose freely. If anyone thinks that you helped them with some useful info, then they will use that referral link.

You are already into a signature campaign otherwise you may use your signature spaces to advertise your referral links because only with that you are allowed to promote your referral links as per bitcointalk practices.

Not all campaign are allowed to insert your link into signature for tracking their participant's signature . But , most of signature campaigns are fine to add ref links into signature (For side income and attract users, and see the rules before adding your ref link)

That's why he said above that send it only in PM for those users that want to try it,  Users that just abuse PM will get perma ban but if it's been requested to him, There is no reason to ban. IMhO ,PM method is the usual and safe way to share referral link, This is legit but just make sure that you will invite first the person to try it and wait him to voluntarily it to you.

Nope, it is allowed as stated by hilariousandco, an official bitcointalk moderator. It's good etiquette to label referral links as such, but even if you don't do that, it's not against the rules.

Hey. Referral links are actually allowed in certain threads, for instance if a person asks where they can get free bitcoins or what site should they invest in etc then it's ok to post them, =snip=

Like others have said, PM'ing people is also an option provided it is not overused, however I personally find this annoying and like the above method. They are both allowed on the forum though.

Most tipsters here post their referral links from the sportsbook they use and I don't see them get warned by moderwtors so I can say yes it's allowed. Also if you want people to use your referral link you can do a contest in games and rounds thats one way I know of promoting a referral link.

People oftenly ignore referral links posted by tipster because mainly they do provide somethin in exhange for someone to usetheir referral. I think why they don't get warned by moderator is because no one reports it as a spam. Compared to other people wgo post referral links solely just to get theirselves people to click in it.

I did this once in the similar manner. That was an replay with explanations not only links.
Every thing was clearly visible, no tricks. And yet when my post got reported to mod it was
immediately deleted along with warning about referrals etc.
So I say this form is not accepted, only signature and personal space text, that's all you have OP.
IMO this is a good and fair policy. Refs sucks in places like forums.

sending PMs is worse because it is a bannable offense. forum is not a place that you crowd with spam advertising aside from your signature space. in other words you are not allowed to make topics, replies, personal messages just for the sake of advertising your referral link and getting some affiliates. the only place that it is allowed is in your signature space.

that is generally not such a good idea because there is always the possibility that a troll is showing interest and then as soon as you send him the message they report it to the admins and you get banned.

besides if you are looking for making profit from affiliates there are lots of other ways that are a lot better than this. on the forum you are most probably going to get small fishes who bet only with faucet. you should go out of here and look for whales instead.

You can't because the last time I post something like that here, they deleted it and they have sent me a PM pertaining to that post of mine that they have deleted it because it against the forum rules. Maybe you can try to post a thread about that hot game that you are talking about and if someone is interested about the game that you are talking about then all they have to do is to send you a Pm so that you can send them the link. In this way you can avoid being ban and so on.

I agree with none refer link and with ref link because in some other forum they are always removing a link if there is no choice of none referral and with referral link.. like in thebot forum.. so i think it is better to have them bot.. like other said it is up to you to choose what link you want,

No, the rule here does not accept user to post their referral link in neither thread or post. You will be banned if you keep breaking the rule. Instead of making a post with your referral link, you can add them to your signature or avatar. There is no regulation about that.

If you are having enough proof that you have sent PM only after it was requested, then there will be no thread of getting banned. Only unsolicited PMs must be avoided, when someone is requesting in your thread for a PM then how it could be spamming if you are sending them a PM.

Actually I do see many people are following this method to get referrals.
