Hi people,

I have paid 60 usd in bitcoin cash to accelerate this transaction:

https://blockchain.info/nl/tx/f2ce7cf79b97616209438949402c4ef3ff8bd568458bab7e7913c233fb88158d

And it still not confirming and their support doesnt even know english their english is very bad and they are vietnamese people.

if you read my chat with the support you would see how bad their english is. their last message was:

We have speeded up

Congratulations on your accelerated success. Please wait a moment.

And after that they kept ignoring me.

They don't actually speed up a transaction i think because i am waiting now 2 days for the confirm.

I know the fee used is low but its from 11 days ago.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!
