It will have major positive effects on mainstream adoption. Until now there have been far too many barriers for smaller/medium sized companies in the USA. This positive regulatory change will finally open the door.
I expect that the officials making regulatory decisions regarding the bitcoin ETF's will take note of this truly positive perspective by the office of the US Treasury.
