You should definitely considering dealing only with members that have a established reputation on this forum. There are a lot of scammers trying to get your money out here, and it definitely doesn't help to be a newbie.

However you should also use escrow for your customer's safety. They are way more likely to get scammed by a newbie, than say, a full or senior member.

I have been on the forums for so long that it use to be different for trading.
Now I see this place is nothing but full of scammers now.
I will never trust anyone on here again.

How is this going because I was not expecting Sr Member like you sending money to a newbie and just read you already done and now going for charge-back is this happen or your money gone looking for update about this 

I filed a charge back because I gave enough time for him to response and he was lurking like a rat on the forum the entire time last night 4 hours after I sent the money to him. So I thought I would see the bitcoin sent by the morning (12 hours later) but nothing so I filed a dispute.
I will win it. That I know and that is why I didn't mind sending first because I knew that I will win this dispute. That is certain. His paypal account is new and mine is not.

How much you have sent him 10$? It seems 10$ was enough for OP to run away, yeah if your paypal account is older and have lots of previous transaction than chargeback may come to your favor. I have also gone through such situation few months back, with $20 worth of bitcoin but i successfully got back my paypal from that scammer.

Yes these scammers do not deserve to get even $10 in paypal.
They just ruin their reputation here after this so what is the real use.
Unless they are doing this from multiple accounts then $10 from 10 users that they scam using this method can add up to $100 for these weak attempts.
