What have you guys found with fan positioning? I'm putting together a dedicated rig and the case has mounting holes for fans on the removable panels. I'm getting a big 120mm for the case right underneath the PSU and I'm pondering extra fans. I can also mount a big fan behind the front panel with alternatives being behind the top panel (facing down when upright) or one on the removable panel which would be right along the video cards. Thoughts?

I currently have over 50 dedicated rigs in Antec One Hundred cases with 1x120mm in front and 1x120mm in the side panel, I use Delta 120mm fans like this one.

They're very high CFM fans. http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/deaf12recsuh.html

Keep in mind that the higher end video cards shoot hot air out the back AND to the inside front of the case. You need to take this into consideration because depending on the design of you case hot air could accumulate in the front area of the case. In this case, it would be good to have a front fan located midway up the case blowing hot air OUT.

You need to put the fans like this:

FRONT fan blowing in.
SIDE fan blowing in
BACK fan blowing out.
TOP fan blowing out.

Top and side fans blows fresh air into the case, Back and top fans get the hot air out (because hot air rises).

I just put a 120mm fan on top of the 3/4 graphics cards.
