he never changed his mind, he has been trolling the forum for ages.
you can check out his history, it is filled with crappy posts like this. he thinks he has an effect on litecoin price if he starts a topic saying it is to the moon and the next day say it is dead.
but he has not yet understood the fact that nobody pays any attention to topics like this and price is changing with big players. and even if someone decides to act on this they would be a newbie with a small amount of money to invest changing nothing.

Keep dreaming. You should be HAPPY and CELEBRATING if LTC is worth more than $3 on 1 January 2017.
