I like the design of your site,but you should done a research on the extension you are using,I used to have an xyz in one of my domain and I used it for traffic promotion ,my domain registrar disable my website because of spamming .xyz is the most used extension for spamming,you should opted for .com or a .biz which only cost $10 to $12..

This is why i have suggested you to have other top level domain OP before too. I have seen several sites with .xyz domain struggling to get indexed on search engine also. .xyz domain cost around 1$ only,  many users will just think that you are trying to minimize the starting cost and they may think you will not be able to payout to your members.

Pretty good rate i think and minimum payout is low.
The site have low content, the interface simple but pretty catch eyes but it's need to improve, for example i can't find FAQ page, well maybe you have explain here, but using FAQ page is quite mandatory, to make easy-understanding, and for future improvement, you can add any Q&A from any user to FAQ content.

Now is the right time to get a new domain,now that your advertisers are increasing,you would not wnt to be stuck in that domain extension when your business grown up it will harm your promoters,since they will have no option to change the url if they promote it on forums without no edit features
